1.  What does Admiral Zumwalt feel is necessary for a Naval Officer to do an optimal job?  Why do you think this is important?

 

2.  What does Admiral Hayward believe to be way for a Naval Officer to overcome being too cautious?  Give an example of something we do in our NJROTC Program that works to overcome being too cautious.
