UNIT GOALS SCHOOL YEAR 2009 / 2010

 1: Ensure the word gets passed to everyone! The Chain of Command, Plan of the Day, White Boards, and Staff Mail Boxes are all here for us to use. Don't forget to "backfill" everyone you miss, especially the instructors!.

2: Keep all cadets involved by delegating tasks.

3: Keep moral high by motivating all cadets to stay active, as evidenced by minimal infractions on NJROTC regulations and school rules.

4: Increase the GPA of all cadets by having an active tutoring program, our goal is for every cadet to be at least a 2.8 by third quarter.

5: Maintain accurate records in all departments. We have had some hiccups in both supply and training the last couple school years.

6: Increase cadet pride and appearance by maintaining a 95% uniform average in all platoons and staff at 100%. Secondly, increase cadet awareness in Cadet of the Week/Month/Quarter and Platoon of the Month Awards.

 7: All Seniors do a Senior Project concentrating on community service at the Chugiak Senior Center, giving at least 60 hours each this school year. All other cadets set your goal for at least 30 hours this school year!
