UNIT GOALS SCHOOL YEAR 2007 / 2008

 1: Keep a constant flow of communications from the most senior to the most junior cadet by maintaining a continuous flow of communications.

2: Keep all cadets involved by delegating tasks to all levels.

3: Keep moral high by motivating all cadets to stay active, as evidenced by minimal infractions on NJROTC regulations and school rules.

4: Increase the GPA of all cadets by having an active tutoring program.

5: Maintain accurate records in all departments.

6: Increase cadet pride and appearance by maintaining a 93% uniform average and to increase cadet awareness in Cadet of the Week/Month/Quarter and Platoon of the Month.
